SHARPENING

SHAPE

We sharpen cutting parts using the best Walter and Rollomatic sharpening machines with linear motors, which guarantee the highest quality and precision available today.

Each broach can be engraved with standard or customised graphics and coding.

In order to maximise the performance and durability of the cutters, different types of coating can be applied, which will be determined in relation to the material to be machined.

All our tools are checked according to strict standards.

At the end of the production cycle, each batch is accompanied by its own measurement certificate.
