Manufacture of tools for percutaneous and minimally invasive surgery in high-precision stainless steel, obtained entirely by grinding.
Production process
All our stainless steel implantology tools are manufactured according to a precise and proven production process.

SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS FROM GRINDING
We manufacture the semi-finished milling cutters entirely by grinding and from hardened steel bars in order to achieve extremely precise geometries:
- cylindricity ≤0,003mm
- eccentricity ≤0,009mm
SHARPENING
The sharpening of the cutting parts is carried out with the best linear motor grinding machines, which guarantee the highest quality and precision.
SURFACE TREATMENTS
Using state-of-the-art systems, each individual cutter undergoes a complete deburring and electropolishing process;
- 100% deburring
- Elettrolucidatura Ra<0,15µm (a specchio)
These treatments significantly increase corrosion resistance and enhance the user experience.
LASER MARKING
On request, it is possible to apply, by means of state-of-the-art laser marking, depth indicators (or measuring marks) and customised identification codes, without altering the chrome and stainlessness of the steel itself.

PASSIVE
In order to prevent oxidation, the cutters undergo a passivation process. This treatment increases their service life and determines their suitability for medical use.
DLC COATING
(Optional)
To maximise the performance and durability of the cutters, it is possible to have the DLC coating applied. This treatment is also biocompatible and comes with a "certificate of non-cytotoxicity".
VARNISHING
COLOUR
(Optional)
A visual recognition coding can also be applied to this type of tool by painting a surface section (coloured ring). This treatment involves the exclusive use of biocompatible (non-cytotoxic) paints.
CERTIFICATE OF
MEASURE
All our tools are carefully checked by our employees according to the strict standards imposed by ISO 13485:2016 certification.
At the end of the production cycle, each batch can be accompanied by a measurement certificate.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
We also offer the possibility to manage the storage of your tools on an annual basis at our premises. The tools can therefore be stored, packed and shipped on a scheduled basis or collected from our warehouses on request at any time.
